Refused Applications for Tier 4 Student Visas
If your application for a student visa has been refused by the Home Office, we can apply for either Administrative or Judicial Review, depending on the reasons for refusal.
From 2nd March 2015 there is no longer a right of appeal under the Points Based System (PBS), (of which the Tier 4 Student Visa falls under), except under very limited circumstances.
